The breakfast had fresh pastries and a good variety of options.
The room was freezing cold, and the small radiator did not help at all.

It is a quiet property located in Jesmond district right by bars, bars in street and the city centre. Great to have central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. Thank you for a such great stay.

The setting was MAGNIFICENT, just next door to Jesmond on a number of occasions as well as the centre of the popular and vibrant Jesmond area of Newcastle. When it was hot outside we decided to visit Billabong Bistro, nice place to chill. The breakfast had good choice of good food and drinks.

the room was very clean and lots of space. i never really had any interaction with staff as was only there for one night and did not eat there, but the staff i did encounter were very pleasant and helpful.
the only down side i could say is that the corridors to my room were very very narrow, so was difficult to manover my luggage and was no lift that i was made aware of so had to carry my lugguge up stairs. if i was to go with my family it would not be easy to manage buggies, etc.
